A Sunday drive took us to Honfleur, Normandy
This beautiful old picturesque port, characterized by it houses with slate-covered frontages have been painted many times over the years by such artists as Claude Monet and Gustave Courbet, just to name a few. |

The Bell tower in the background and to the right
of the picture is part of St. Catherine's Church.
Built in the 15-16 century, the church was built by shipwrights and is the largest wooden church with a separate bell-tower in France.

I love the chocolate and the fish; pretty place and again lots of old buildings .
