Well indeed my first month here flew by fast, it has been a great time so far. This is what have learnt so far during my time here, booze is cheap, food is wonderful (ok maybe there is a couple of things l don't like but on the whole l am enjoying the food) they drive like manics on the highways, the people are friendly, they don't like to pick up after their dogs (should be a law against that here!), it appears that only Asians can afford to shop in Gucci, Chanel, Prada etc.... It is enriched with culture and history and a place l will continue to look forward to discovering!
The next 4-5 wks will be busy for me. I start my tutoring lessons Tuesday morning, 2 hrs of private lessons. Next week Philippe returns, then we are off to Strausbourg. I am sure l will have plenty to blog about from there and as l said before Alice and l will be traveling to Prague. So l think that the next 4-5 wks will fly just as fast as this last month has!
Today l am off to Philippe's sisters place as we are celebrating our birthdays, her's is on Jan 2 and mine was the 4th. Wonder what we are eating today? I will be amazed that l don't return home weighing 200 lbs from all this eating because as l keep saying, l feel that is all we do here! HAHAHAHAHA
